I just picked up a 2002 Bayliner 2152 CY and realized I'm missing the CE declaration. Kinda important, right? Figured maybe someone else grabbed theirs when they bought the boat and could scan it over, it would really save me a headache

Yeah, the CE declaration is important, most especially if youre in Europe or planning to register or sell the boat there. Lets hope someone with the same model can share a copy, having that paperwork will for sure save you a lot of hassle.

Have you tried reaching out to Bayliner customer service or any previous owners to see if they might have a digital copy of the CE declaration?

Agree with this. Do you need a digital copy or you really want a hardcopy for the CE declaration? @Sindy_ This is really important though. Did you miss it or how did that happen?

I'm assuming you got it used, so have you asked the previous owner? If he sold you the boat then it's very likely he won't need it and you will.

Of course it's important to have that CE declaration, especially if you plan to register or sell in Europe. If you got the boat used, try reaching out to the previous owner or Bayliner directly. Someone else here might have it though. Bumping this post.
